Job Summary
A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss and Customer Service Representative (Auto Claims).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or seeking updates on existing claims
- Gather relevant information and provide clear guidance on the claims process
- Ensure accurate recording of information and adherence to company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
