Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss and Customer Service Representative (Auto Claims).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or seeking updates on claims
  • Gather and record relevant information regarding claims and provide clear guidance on next steps
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and provide feedback for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote environment within the Southeast region
