Job Summary
A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss and Customer Service Representative (Auto Claims).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or seeking updates on claims
- Gather and record relevant information regarding claims and provide clear guidance on next steps
- Ensure compliance with company policies and provide feedback for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a remote environment within the Southeast region
