Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner, Auto | Bodily Injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, including bodily injury, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management
• Develop action plans to meet state-required deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverages, principles, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• State adjusting licenses as required for the position
