Job Summary

To analyze complex auto bodily injury claims, the full-time salaried Auto Claims Examiner will process claims, investigate liability, and manage damages while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management
• Develops action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursues subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverages, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification related to the line of business preferred
• State adjusting licenses as required for the position
