Job Summary

To analyze complex auto bodily injury claims, the full-time Auto Claims Examiner will evaluate coverage, investigate liability, and manage damages while ensuring timely resolution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management
• Develops action plans to meet state-required deadlines and pursues subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
