Auto Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing complex bodily injury auto claims, the full-time remote Auto Claims Examiner will evaluate coverage, investigate liability, and manage damages to ensure timely resolutions in line with client expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Ability to secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
