Job Summary

To analyze complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, the full-time remote Auto Claims Examiner will manage investigations, determine liability, and evaluate damages while ensuring timely resolutions in accordance with industry best practices and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management for investigations
• Develops action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursues subrogation and risk transfer opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience, with in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Ability to secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
