Job Summary

Analyzing complex Personal Injury Protection claims, the full-time remote Auto Claims Examiner - PIP will manage high exposure claims involving litigation, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely adjudication within service expectations and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and processes complex third-party property liability and personal injury protection claims to determine exposure and manage claims resolution
• Negotiates settlements and manages reserve adequacy throughout the life of the claim
• Communicates claim activity with claimants and clients while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring proper documentation of claim files

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
