Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 12-15+ years of relevant work experience with prior leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry
• Experience with First Party Auto medical bill review platform preferred
• Demonstrated business judgment and strategic aptitude
