A company is looking for a Product SME - Auto Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an end-to-end review of the auto claims lifecycle to identify friction points and opportunities for automation
• Own the integrity of core claims data across systems and ensure accurate documentation and alignment
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and translate insights into measurable product improvements

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working at a major carrier as a claims adjuster
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end auto claims process within Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operational teams
• Proven ability to assess complex workflows and identify high-impact improvements
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact
