Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Auto Claims Representative will manage claims related to property damage and injuries, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution while working remotely or onsite in various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines and facilitate claim resolution
• Communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents, while maintaining professional client relations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
