Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Auto Claims Representative will manage property damage and injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and resolution while maintaining professional client relations, with opportunities for remote work available in several states.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, assessing damage and ensuring accurate documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolution
• Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents as appropriate

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
