Auto Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time remote Auto Claims Representative will assess damages, manage claim files, and ensure compliance with state deadlines while maintaining professional client relations.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines for timely claim resolution
• Identify subrogation opportunities and communicate claim actions with insured clients and brokers as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
