Auto Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Auto Claims Specialist I will review customer claims, investigate basic cases, and mediate disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Review customer claims to verify compliance with National Arbitration policies and guidelines
• Investigate basic claims and interface with various departments during the fact-finding process
• Prepare communication for resolution and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions for disputed vehicles

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Generally less than 2 years of experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
