Auto Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Auto Claims Specialist will make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and maximize payments on medical claims for clients, ensuring proper documentation is submitted to insurance companies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate details of auto accidents to determine the appropriate payer and submit bills for payment
• Conduct follow-up actions for unpaid claims and contribute to denial reports and audits
• Utilize multiple software applications and maintain productivity in a fast-paced call center environment

Required qualifications

• Experience with Coordination of Benefits and understanding of insurance billing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively on multiple computer screens simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks in a high-volume environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass employment history verification and background check
