Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Claims Supervisor to manage a team of claims adjusters and ensure efficient operations within the auto claims department.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for coaching, training, and mentoring to enhance team performance
• Monitor attendance, manage leave, and enforce company policies
• Analyze data and implement resolutions while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto claims experience; leadership experience preferred
• Experience handling Attorney Represented injury and PIP/Medpay claims
• Ability to lead and empower a team of adjusters
• Experience in creating and delivering training for auto adjusters
• Focus on ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the claims process
