Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of property damage adjusters, providing feedback and training
• Review complex and escalated auto property damage claims for accuracy and settlement strategy
• Ensure compliance with company claims guidelines and lead process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Adjusters license required
• 5+ years of experience in property damage or auto damage claims handling
• Experience in Florida, Texas, and Georgia markets preferred
• Bilingual preferred
