Auto Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Directing a team within the Auto Claims Department, the full-time Auto Claims Supervisor will supervise client performance, train team members, and ensure the achievement of regional benchmarks and goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises the Auto Claims team, ensuring productivity and compliance with revenue and performance goals
• Reviews productivity reports and audits, providing feedback and conducting training sessions to enhance team performance
• Coordinates with Senior Management on issues and special projects, while managing client requests and denial processes

Required qualifications

• Thorough understanding of claims processing and procedures to effectively train new hires
• Experience in supervising teams and managing performance metrics
• Proven ability to analyze problems and present effective solutions
