Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Claims Supervisor - Coverage and Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of property damage adjusters, providing feedback and training
• Review complex auto property damage claims for accuracy, coverage, liability, and settlement strategy
• Ensure compliance with company claims guidelines and lead process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Adjusters license required
• 5+ years of experience in property damage or auto damage claims handling, including supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in Florida, Texas, and Georgia markets preferred
• Bilingual preferred
