Job Summary
Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time salaried Auto Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims operations, provide training and technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees teams of examiners and technical staff, delegating duties and monitoring workloads
- Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating projects
- Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper claims adjudication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
- Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
- Licenses and professional certifications as required for the line of business preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong leadership and analytical skills
