Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time remote Auto Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims operations, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while fostering professional client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervises and monitors teams of examiners, providing training and support for claims adjudication
  • Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating projects
  • Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
  • Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
  • Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
