Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time remote Auto Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims operations, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while fostering a professional client relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and supports multiple teams of examiners, ensuring effective workload management and training
• Monitors claim activities, conducts quality reviews, and provides technical direction on claims adjudication
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, maintaining communication and professional relationships with clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
• Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong leadership and analytical skills
