Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time remote Auto Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims operations, provide training, and ensure compliance with quality standards while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and supports multiple teams of examiners and technical staff in claims adjudication
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and project coordination
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper claims management and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Licenses and professional certifications as required for the line of business preferred
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
