Auto Claims Trainee

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Auto Claims Trainee will initiate Auto and Property claims, provide consultative guidance to customers, and ensure accurate documentation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately capture new Auto and Property claims, ensuring complete First Notice of Loss (FNOL) documentation
• Provide expert counsel to customers on coverage and the claims process, delivering empathetic guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate claim progression and ensure service continuity

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or consultative role, preferably in insurance or related fields
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Insurance, or a related field preferred
• Experience using claims systems or CRM platforms to manage documentation and customer interactions is a plus
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and efficient service in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licenses through company-sponsored training programs
