Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alliance Auto Coordinator (US, Virtual).
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update domestic/international auto orders in the software system
- Communicate with corporate transferees and confirm orders while managing expectations
- Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders promptly and accurately
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; at least two years of advanced education in a business field
- Associates degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of two years in a fast-paced environment; moving/relocation company experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software
