Job Summary

Independently managing complex repair issues, the fully remote Auto Damage Consultant will evaluate claim handling and estimating work, ensuring repair quality and operational efficiency while serving as a liaison between shops, customers, and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual reviews of vendor repair estimates to ensure compliance with estimating best practices
• Monitor network utilization and identify needs for expanded or new networks
• Collaborate with leadership on inspection or file review results to enhance repair quality

Required qualifications

• Technical knowledge of auto repair in a collision setting
• Experience with repair methodology and processes
• Ability to discern related and unrelated damages in vehicles
• Proven ability to manage and audit vendor relationships
• Experience in claims handling and operational efficiency
