Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Manager to direct and manage supervisors within the Auto Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client performance and ensure regional benchmarks and goals are met
• Conduct training and development for team members and supervisors
• Document and review team performance while optimizing process efficiencies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Some management experience preferred
• Experience with Coordination of Benefits is a plus
• Thorough understanding of equipment, methods, and procedures for training purposes
• Must reside in the United States within specified states
