Auto Finance Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work From Home Auto Finance Sr. Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls regarding voluntary repossession and loan modifications
• Perform account level research and update account information
• Assist customers in understanding their accounts and responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
