Auto Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

Designing and developing new insurance products, the full-time Auto Insurance Product Manager will drive the rollout of innovative features across multiple states while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new insurance products, rules, and enhancements to improve competitiveness and customer value
• Lead state expansion efforts by building and launching pricing models for new states and optimizing existing models
• Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance pricing accuracy and uncover emerging risk patterns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance product development experience, preferably in personal auto insurance
• Demonstrated experience in building or launching new insurance products and pricing enhancements
• Experience with state expansion efforts, including pricing model development and regulatory readiness
• Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning tools in pricing or risk workflows
• Strong understanding of regulatory modeling and compliance requirements across multiple states
