Job Summary

As an Auto Liability Specialist II, the full-time remote position will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, focusing on determining coverage and legal liability for both single and multiple-vehicle losses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
• Handle property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, including those represented by attorneys
• Evaluate policy coverage, establish reserve requirements, and negotiate settlements while maintaining communication with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
