Auto Liability Adjuster II

Job Summary

To investigate and settle Auto Liability claims, the full-time Auto Liability Adjuster II will work remotely, managing coverage evaluations, negotiations, and damage assessments for both first- and third-party claims.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
• Manage property damage claims, including those involving attorney-represented and non-represented parties
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
