Auto Liability Adjuster II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Auto Liability Adjuster II will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling Auto Liability claims, ensuring coverage determination and legal liability resolution for various claim types.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, evidence collection, and documentation review to analyze coverage and determine liability
• Manage property damage claims for first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate policy coverage, establish reserve requirements, and communicate file status to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Possession of or ability to secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations with diverse groups
