Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Auto Liability Adjuster II will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, including complex coverage issues and property damage claims.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
• Handle property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, ensuring adherence to proper procedures
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and negotiate settlements while maintaining communication with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Must secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
