Auto Liability Adjuster II

Job Summary

Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling Auto Liability claims, the full-time remote Auto Liability Specialist II will handle both first- and third-party claims, ensuring proper coverage determination and legal liability assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and damages
• Manage property damage claims, including those involving attorney representation
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Possession of or ability to secure state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong negotiation skills in challenging situations
• Ability to analyze and interpret auto policy provisions effectively
