Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Auto Liability Adjuster II will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto Liability claims involving single and multiple-vehicle losses, while ensuring coverage and legal liability are accurately determined.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing involved parties and collecting evidence, to analyze coverage and determine liability
• Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
