Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims remotely, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims while making informed decisions to bring claims to resolution
• Interact extensively with clients and stakeholders to enhance the claims management process and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
