Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability Property Damage claims, the full-time remote Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims while applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner, adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
