Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will manage complex bodily injury claims and litigation, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies
• Apply analytical skills to make informed decisions and enhance the claims management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
