Job Summary

Supervising a fully remote team of auto liability claims adjusters, the full-time Auto Liability Claims Supervisor will lead the handling of complex litigation and promote best practices while managing workloads and driving talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a liability claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service
• Guide claims team to ensure adherence to best practices in claims handling
• Define team goals and manage workloads to optimize performance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Active adjuster license in relevant jurisdictions
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in claims management
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
