Auto Litigation Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing Auto Bodily Injury Litigation claims, the full-time Auto Litigation Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity, all while working remotely and ensuring adherence to service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Experience in claims management or equivalent education and experience required
• Knowledge of Auto Bodily Injury, Litigation, and Non-Litigation claims
• Licensing required; TX, FL, NY, AZ preferred
