Job Summary

Offering a remote opportunity for Michigan residents, the Auto Parts Consultant will assist dealerships and auto manufacturer employees with parts information, locate parts in an online catalog, and manage part orders while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog and place part orders
• Research and learn new auto parts to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field

Required qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
