Job Summary

To support a leading auto manufacturer, the remote Auto Parts Consultant will assist dealerships and manufacturer employees with parts information, locate parts in an online catalog, and manage part orders, requiring relevant mechanical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide assistance with parts information to dealerships and auto manufacturer employees
• Locate parts in an online catalog and place part orders as needed
• Research and learn about new auto parts to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field

Required qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
