Job Summary
To support a leading auto manufacturer, the part-time Auto Parts Consultant will assist dealerships and manufacturer employees with parts information, locate parts in an online catalog, and manage part orders while working remotely from Alabama.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls and provide assistance with parts information to dealerships and auto manufacturer employees
- Locate parts in an online parts catalog and place part orders as needed
- Research and stay updated on new auto parts to ensure accurate and timely solutions
Required qualifications
- One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
- Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
