Auto Parts Consultant

Job Summary

To support a leading auto manufacturer, the part-time Auto Parts Consultant will assist dealerships and manufacturer employees with parts information, locate parts in an online catalog, and manage part orders while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide assistance with parts information to dealerships and auto manufacturer employees
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog and place part orders as needed
• Research and stay updated on new auto parts to ensure accurate and timely solutions

Required qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
