Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Auto Placement Representative will manage the placement of public notices with publications nationwide, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned public notice orders from submission through publication confirmation
• Communicate with publishers to gather and confirm rates, deadlines, and requirements for notice placements
• Maintain accurate publisher information and troubleshoot placement issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, order management, or a similar deadline-driven role
• Experience managing multiple requests or tasks with competing deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with external partners by email and phone
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations
