Auto Repair Consultant

Job Summary

Guiding the repair process management, the fully remote Auto Repair Consultant will manage moderately complex repair issues, document claim files, and respond to inquiries from shops, customers, and internal teams, with a preference for candidates in Eastern and Central Time Zones.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned repair issues within the Good Hands Repair Network
• Document claim files and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
• Analyze network performance and capacity to optimize the GHRN footprint

Required qualifications

• Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting
• Prior experience using an auto estimating program such as CCC One
• Experience writing estimates for an insurance preferred shop or as an auto damage adjuster
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and repair processes
• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
