Auto Repair Consultant

Job Summary

Guiding repair process management, the fully remote Auto Repair Consultant will manage moderately complex repair issues, monitor assigned work, document claim files, and respond to inquiries from shops, customers, and internal teams while focusing on optimizing network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the repair process and address moderately complex repair issues within the network
• Document claim files and respond to inquiries from shops, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze network performance and capacity to optimize the footprint of the repair network

Required qualifications

• Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting, including repair methodology and processes
• Prior experience using an auto estimating program such as CCC One, with a strong background in auto damage analysis (12 months preferred)
• Experience writing estimates for an insurance preferred shop or as an auto damage adjuster is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and repair processes
• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
