Job Summary

A company is looking for a Good Hands Repair Network Administrative Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding their repair status and resolve any issues
• Coordinate with repair shops to ensure quality work and negotiate pricing for services
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance repair efficiency and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting
• Understanding of repair methodology and processes
• Ability to discern related and unrelated damages
• Experience using an auto estimating program such as CCC One
• Strong background in auto damage analysis (12 months preferred)
