Auto Subrogation Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Subrogation Recovery Representative to support subrogation recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, negotiate, and settle assigned recovery cases
• Maintain a 100% closing ratio and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
• Monitor statutes of limitation and prepare cases for arbitration or litigation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Auto Claims or Subrogation
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Knowledge of claims-related laws and regulations
• Understanding of civil litigation and the claims technical process
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
