Auto Subrogation Team Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Virtual Subrogation Team Manager - Auto will develop, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure quality work products and exceptional recovery results in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, including preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, and enforcement of company policies
• Handle escalated calls and inquiries from staff to maximize departmental performance and client satisfaction
• Mentor specialists by providing guidance and support in daily operations and skill development

Required qualifications

• Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience
• Ability to motivate teams and develop techniques to achieve departmental goals
• Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred
• Associate degree is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows systems is preferred
