Key Responsibilities

• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals to create damage estimates on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience writing supplements within the insurance industry, preferably in a carrier environment
• Residency within the Eastern Standard Time zone is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly organized and effective at managing a claims diary
• Confident in negotiating with body shops
